Cancellation Policy
We have a few available options.
Short-Term Stays (Less than 28 days)-
Fully Flexible:
- Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
- Bookings canceled between 24 hours before check-in and the check-in time will receive a refund after the following charges: one night.
- Bookings canceled after the check-in time will receive a refund after the following charges: the number of nights stayed, one additional night, and the cleaning fee.
Non-Refundable:
-Cancellations on non-refundable stays will not be refunded.
Long-Term Stays (28 days or more)-
Strict:
- Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Payments
Payments will be processed as follows unless previously discussed.
Short-term Stays (Less than 28 days)
-51% of the total will be charged upon booking
-49% of the total will be charged seven days before arrival
Long-term stays (28 days or more)
-51% of the first month’s payment will be charged upon booking
-The remaining 49% of the first month’s payment will be charged seven days before arrival
-After that, the monthly rate will be charged at the beginning of the following month
Example: If you book January 1 - March 31, you will be charged 51% of January's rate upon booking. On December 25, you will be charged the remaining 49% of January's rate. Then you will be charged on February 1 for February and March 1 for March.
Our partners, Guesty and Stripe, collect and securely store all payment information.

Your personal information is yours; we will only use it when necessary to perform our services. We may use it to communicate with you before, during, and after your stay and to provide special offers for future visits. We will never sell, share or otherwise disseminate your personal information, which our partner, Guesty, securely stores.
